\"\"<\/a>While at an overnight women’s ministry conference, I told my story to a\u00a0few women\u00a0of God’s healing redemption in my life from childhood abuse and my struggle with infertility.\u00a0 Soon after arriving home, one of the ladies asked\u00a0me to\u00a0tell it again at an upcoming\u00a0women’s retreat.\u00a0 I agreed.<\/p>\n

By the time the event took place, I was thirty five weeks pregnant with my first daughter.\u00a0 As the time drew near,\u00a0I was excited and a little nervous. I had shared my story before, but not in quite the same way with so many unknown women in the group.\u00a0 How would they respond?\u00a0 Would I really be able to fully communicate the incredible work and healing that God had provided?\u00a0 Would they find encouragement in what they heard?<\/p>\n

When I was done, I held my breath waiting for the ladies to respond.\u00a0 Thankfully, they were loving, kind, and gracious.\u00a0\u00a0Several of them\u00a0came to me, telling me their own stories of hurt and struggle and their gratitude to know they weren’t alone.\u00a0\u00a0It was beautiful how God brought all\u00a0of us together to encourage and love one another.<\/p>\n

Since that time, I have spoken at varoius MOPS groups, women’s events, and youth events.\u00a0 I have spoken on many topics as well as\u00a0shared my\u00a0story.\u00a0\u00a0Some of them include:<\/p>\n

\nJoy
\nLoving Others
\nBe Still and Know That I am God
\nTears
\nWalking in Faith
\nThe God Who Sees
\nThe Many Hats of Women
\nParenting
\nParenting a\u00a0Child with Special Needs<\/p>\n

I use humor, honesty, and God’s word to encourage others to genuinely experience the depth of God’s love in a way that brings redemption, healing, and freedom to live the\u00a0abundant life Jesus came to give.<\/p>\n
